Rick Ferguson

Rick Ferguson is managing broker at ATL Commercial Real Estate.  He specializes in representing clients for both selling and leasing commercial space in Metro Atlanta, Georgia, as well as purchasing or leasing office, medical, and investment properties, and representing prospective tenants interested in leasing commercial space.

Rick has an extensive knowledge of the local market, and concentrates his efforts in the Buckhead, Midtown, and Central Perimeter submarkets of Atlanta.

An experienced financial analyst, Rick was raised in the Albany, NY area, graduating from Siena College with a degree in marketing and management.  Prior to his successful office leasing career, he was a top nationwide representative for Inter-Tel Technologies, selling telecommunication systems and services to firms relocating to and/or expanding in Atlanta

Since moving to the Atlanta area in 1981, Rick has made his residence in the Brookhaven area with his wife and three children.

Rick offers most types of commercial real estate services with an emphasis in selling and listing.  “I enjoy maximizing value, especially when selling and leasing commercial property,” he concludes.
